2. Booking & Payment

* Advance Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance via our website or authorised partners.

* Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

* Currency: Prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

* Customer Cancellations: Customers will receive a full refund if cancelled 7 days before the tour starting time. No refund will be given when less than 6 days’ notice is given, unless trip protection is purchased.

* Weather Cancellations: Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellations due to weather.

* No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full price, but you are welcome to send another person in your place by prior arrangement with Bath Food Tours Ltd.

* Operator Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue closures, guide illness). In such cases, customers may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled tour.

4. Gift Vouchers

* Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.

* Terms of Use: Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be used as full or part payment for any Bath Food Tours product.

5. Participation, Safety & Dietary Requirements

* Health & Diet: Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or access needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these, but we cannot guarantee that all requirements will be met.

* Cross-Contamination: Because we visit third-party establishments, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the risk of cross-contamination in the kitchens we visit.

* Physical Requirements: Tours may involve walking on uneven surfaces. Participants should ensure they are physically able to join.

* Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol may be served on tours; participants consuming alcohol must be over 18 and may be asked to show valid ID.

6. Behavior & Right to Refuse Service

* Code of Conduct: We want all our guests to have a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or remove from a tour, any participant who is overly intoxicated, disruptive, abusive to our guides or partners, or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

7. Photography & Media

Promotional Media: Our guides may occasionally take photos or videos of the tour group for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please kindly inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
